Larson regular rentals

In 1977 the U.S. Air Force housing in the Larson Subdivision were purchased.

We maintain 126 regular rentals, ranging from 2, 3, and 4 bedroom single homes and duplexes. Our rents range from $400 to $745 per month depending on amenities and condition of the home. Some of the amenities can include garage, A/C, carpet and additional bathrooms. Tenant is responsible for watering and mowing the lawn and tenant is responsible for electricity.
