About the Role
The HAGC On-Site Resident Manager provides a wide range of support in the daily operation of the specified units and/or buildings. This includes, but is not limited to; lease enforcement and making sure the properties are kept in good condition through regular preventative maintenance.
The On-Site Resident Manager is part of the HAGC Maintenance Team and will perform general unit turnover and other duties as needed including minor carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical work, grounds maintenance/irrigation, and cleaning.
Responsibilities for this position include
Serving notices to tenants, the upkeep and cleaning of the HAGC buildings and public areas, as well as any required maintenance for the residential units, appliances, and associated equipment. Occasionally there will be a need to respond to over-time and/or emergency maintenance calls.
The individual(s) selected for this position must possess
a valid driver’s license,
a good driving record, and
a high school diploma or G.E.D.
This position includes a two-bedroom apartment in Grand Coulee (utilities included)
Salary: $2451.50 - $2872.52 DOE
Hours: 40hr per week with occasional over-time
Benefits Package: Includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; vacation and sick leave, plus PERS retirement and optional deferred compensation plan.
