The Housing Authority of Grant County (HAGC) is currently accepting applications for the following positions:


HAGC Maintenance Laborers ensure that the properties are kept in good condition through regular preventative maintenance. The role is to service, maintain, and repair the housing units located throughout the Grant County area.
The Maintenance Laborer will perform duties as needed including minor carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical work, grounds maintenance/irrigation, heating/air conditioning, and cleaning.


Responsibilities for this position include the upkeep and cleaning of the HAGC buildings and public areas, as well as any required maintenance for the residential units, appliances, and associated equipment.  


The individual(s) selected for this position must possess a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and a high school diploma or G.E.D.


Job Details:

Temporary position – normally lasts 12 months (with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee)

Salary: $26.05 per hour

Hours: 40hr per week, Monday - Thursday
