The National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO)

NAHRO is the leading housing and community development advocate for the provision of adequate and affordable housing and strong, viable communities for all Americans, particularly those with low and moderate incomes. Our members administer HUD programs such as Public Housing, Section 8, CDBG, and HOME.

Washington State Department of Commerce.

The Department of Commerce is the one agency in state government that touches every aspect of community and economic development: planning, infrastructure, energy, public facilities, housing, public safety and crime victims, international trade, business services and more. 

The Housing Division provides financial and technical resources to all 39 counties in Washington State.

Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC)

The Finance Commission is a statewide organization that develops and administers housing financing programs. Additionally, commissions programs assist nonprofit organizations in the creation of facilities that address a broad spectrum of needs.

U.S Department of Agriculture - Rural Development.

Multifamily Housing assists rural property owners through loans, loan guarantees, and grants that enable owners to develop and rehabilitate properties for low-income, elderly, and disabled individuals and families as well as domestic farm laborers.
