Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide, maintain, and develop quality housing and neighborhoods for Grant County residents facing barriers.

To fulfill our mission we engage in four primary business activities.

• Housing Development and Construction
• Property Management
• Provision of Rent Subsidy
  
  

The Housing Authority owns 901 apartments and single-family dwellings throughout Grant County.

Through our Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program, we help an average of 237 families live in privately owned rentals by making Housing Assistance Payments to their property owners.
