2. How do I apply?

Request an application by phone 509-762-5541, fill it out, and return to the office at 1139 Larson Boulevard, Moses Lake, WA 98837-3308

3. How long is the wait list?

Public Housing – 1 year, Section 8 Larson – 6 months, and Farm worker Mattawa is 6 months, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher is 3 years plus.
Fair market housing is 1-2 months.

4. Where does HAGC provide housing?

Moses Lake, Warden, Royal City, Mattawa, Grand Coulee, Ephrata, Soap Lake, Quincy. Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher is county wide.

5. What will my security deposit be?

They are all different from $50.00 to $350.00 depending on which project.

6. Do you allow pets?

Most projects allow pets.

7. How do I report a lease violation?

Call the Housing Authority and report the violation to a Housing Coordinator.

8. How do I report a maintenance problem for HAGC owned units?

During maintenance hours Monday – Friday 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. 509-762-5341 or 800-747-9202. After hours, please call Emergency Maintenance 509-765-0611.

9. Does HAGC provide an interpreter?

Yes, we have Spanish-speaking staff.

10. Is emergency housing available?

Emergency housing is available through North Central Community Action Council 509-765-9206.
